A relaunched framework to deliver
operational efficiency
Our recently renewed Workplace and Facilities Management
framework – now in its third iteration - can help organisations
find the right contractor or contractors, whichever approach
they want to take.
The framework is worth up to £700 million over four years
and is suitable for various building types, including schools,
leisure centres, offices, training facilities, and police/fire
stations. The services offered include cleaning, security,
building management, pre-planned maintenance, reactive
works, helpdesk, and grounds maintenance.
Russell said: “Providing regional and national coverage,
this framework offers an established route to market and features
45 pre-qualified and specialist firms - 40% of which are SMEs.
It includes flexible pricing models and call-off options, including
further competition and direct award. It also supports supply chain
innovation and enables members to deliver social value they can see
in communities, aligned with their organisational priorities”.
GPSJ
Ran by a team of technical experts, the framework complements
our existing Grounds Maintenance Framework and Cleaning
Dynamic Purchasing System and operates under the Public
Contracts Regulations 2015.
Russell adds: “Our team has experience in operational
facilities management from across all types of public sector
areas. We understand what people need when they call and can
empathise with their issues, while pointing them in the right
direction of things they need to consider when procuring.”
In addition to procurement expertise, our Workplace and
Facilities team also has a specialist focus on health, safety,
and compliance gained through facilities management
experience across multiple sectors, including local
authorities, housing, schools, and multi-academy trusts.
